All condominium units at the resort
have a lake view, two bedrooms, two bathrooms,
and two levels. The condos are spacious - about 1200
square feet, and sleep six comfortably. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen,
patio with a charcoal grill, phones with a data port, and color television with DVD/
VCR player. Linens, paper products and basic kitchen supplies are furnished.
All condos are smoke-free.

Weekly Rentals
run from 3:00 p.m.
Saturday to 10:00 a.m. the following Saturday. No
check-ins before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. |

Partial
Week Rentals are frequently available, although
very limited during the
summer. Minimum of two nights; minimum 4 night rental during Snowmobile Derby
and holidays. |

Rental rates based
on a 6 person (8 person limit) occupancy per condo. Additional
charge of $10/day for extra guests. Charge for a
rollaway is $5/day. Add 5.5% sales tax and 4.5%
room tax. |

Cribs & Highchairs
are available upon request at no charge. Duralogs are
available for a minimal fee. |
|
Midweek
Rentals: Midweek package starts Sunday, Monday or
Tuesday for 3 nights. |
|
Reservation
Deposit: An advance 50% deposit of rent is required within 10 days of verbal acceptance of
reservation. Reservations will not be considered confirmed until
receipt of this deposit. Balance of rent due on arrival. |
|
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $100 weekly, $50 partial week will be held until after condo inspection following departure. Security deposit is payable by credit card number kept on file. Units requiring additional cleaning will have extra charges billed to their credit card. |
|
Payment: May be
made by check, credit card, money order or cash. No cash by
mail, please. MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card accepted. |
|
Cancellation
Refunds: Prompt refunds of advance rental deposits
will be made upon cancellation of reservation, if made more
than 30 days prior to occupancy date. No refunds of deposits
for cancellations made 30 days or less, unless unit is
re-rented. |
