WEEKLY ON-SITE ACTIVITIES Lake Forest Multi Media Gallery - Share drawings, original artwork, stories, photos,poems or craft projects. Entries will be displayed in the Resort Center Forest Lounge. Some art supplies are available in the back corner of the Forest lounge. In appreciation, all participants will receive a free DVD rental, fireplace log or prize from our children’s or adult treasure chest.
What’s New & To Do Social Hour - Monday 10:00 - 11:00am - Grab and go or stay to meet your neighbors and discover what’s news and what to do in the area. Continental breakfast will be served. Held in the Resort Center Forest Lounge.
Bingo - Monday 11:30am - 12:30pm - Enjoy this game of chance and socialize in a fun atmosphere! Sign up in the resort lobby by 4:30pm on Sunday. Minimum of 4 people required, no maximum. Held in the Resort Center Forest Lounge. Fee of $3.00 per person. All players win at least one prize!
Quantum Touch Energy Healing - Wednesdays by appointment - Experience…hands on healing. Your body is the healer—the practitioner simply facilitates the healing with light, touch, love energy and the breath. Sessions will be 30 minutes to an hour. Your comfort and needs determine session style, sitting or lying down-always fully clothed. There is no charge for these practice sessions held at the Lake Forest Health and Fitness Center. Facercise - Thursday 9:00 - 9:45am - Give yourself a natural face lift by massaging specific facial and neck muscles to enhance your natural beauty and slow aging. This introductory video session is a series of scientifically designed exercises that can have lasting results while providing ’Blast from the Past’ laughs! Sign up in the resort lobby by 4:30pm on Wednesday. Minimum of 4 people required, maximum of 12. Held in the Resort Center Forest Lounge. No fee.
Papermaking - Thursday 9:00 - 9:45am - Create homemade paper from pulp and recycled materials utilizing various creative techniques. You will enhance your paper products by adding dried flowers and/or other trimmings. Meet in the Resort Center Forest Lounge. No charge. Sign up in the resort lobby by 4:30pm on Wednesday. Minimum of 4 people required.
Nature Hike/Snowshoeing - Thursday 11:30am - 12:30pm - Explore Lake Forests’ winter wonderland. Walk or snowshoe approx. 1 mile. Basic snowshoe instructions give and equipment provided. Meet in the Resort Center lobby. No charge. Sign up in the resort lobby by 4:30pm on Wednesday. Minimum of 4 people required.
Water Aerobics - Tuesday through Friday 8:30 - 9:30am - Looking for a good all-around form of aerobics allows a person to exercise every muscle and every joint in the body all at the same time. Held at the Lake Forest Health & Fitness Center. Sign-up right before class. $4 per person. Call 715-479-3251 for more information.
Couch Potato Matinee - Friday 2:00pm - Enjoy a free movie and popcorn! Call 15 minutes ahead of time on Friday if you plan on attending the matinee showing in the Resort Center Forest lounge.

GENERAL RESORT INFORMATION RESORT CENTER - FOREST LOUNGE
Open Monday - Saturday 8:30am to 5:00pm, Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00pm. The resort office, lobby with area information and rest rooms are located on the 1st floor. Upstairs is our Forest Lounge, complimentary beverages, Wi-Fi & wired high speed internet access, public computer, library, 40” flat screen TV, games, puzzles and books along with the Office Manager’s office. The third floor includes a balcony with public computer and the Resort Manager’s office. The lower level contains sports equipment and share items which are available to check-out. These include handicapped adaptive aids specialty kitchen items, etc. most at no charge.
CONDO GAME ROOM
Enjoy a fun game of Ping Pong in your buildings center game room on the lower level. Extra paddles and ping pong balls available in the resort office. Use your condo key for entry. Laundry facilities are located there also, $2.00 for the washer, $1.00 for the dryer. Coin changer for laundry is located in the middle buildings laundry room. Iron, ironing board and extra vacuum available for free check-out are located in the laundry rooms.
MOVIE RENTALS
Rent DVD’s for $2.00 each at the Resort Center Office. A list of DVD rentals is in your Welcome Packet. Free VHS movies are available in the Resort Center Forest Lounge.
HEALTH & FITNESS CENTER
The exercise room is open every day of the week 8:00am to 9:00pm. The swimming pool, whirlpool & spa is open every day of the week from 10:00am to 9:00pm. Bring your own towels or rent theirs for $1.00 each. Lockers are .25 each. The entire pool area is closed during Water Aerobics classes. PLEASE, no shoes in the pool area. ESPN sporting events can be viewed in the lounge area. 715-479-3251 for more information.
MASSAGE THERAPY
Tuesday and Thursday by appointment only at the Health & Fitness Center. Minimum 45 minutes, charge is $1 a minute. Stop by the Health & Fitness Center or call 715-479-3251 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are also available off-site by calling 715-479-9262.
