Timeshare, a prepaid, positive vacation experience with lots of flexibility and amenities at a reasonable cost. The resort is collectively owned by approximately 700 families, making us a "family friendly" vacation spot!

We offer attractive prices on resale weeks at Lake Forest Resort & Club. Price ranges for weeks are listed below. Factors influencing the prices of resale weeks are: seasonal demand, how motivated the seller is and what their original purchase price was.

	Timeshare units are sold by the week. Our weeks run Saturday to Saturday and week one starts with the first Saturday in January.
	Our weeks are sold with a warranty deed and are fixed, which means you own the same unit and week each year forever. There are no closing costs to the buyer.
	Vacation ownership is also flexible. Owners may use the week themselves, let family members or friends use it, trade it for another resort, or rent it out.

	Interval International, the timeshare exchange company we belong to, rates our weeks by seasonal demand as follows: = High trading weeks (red) = Medium trading weeks (yellow) = Low trading weeks (green) There are 2200 resorts worldwide to stay at in exchange for a week at Lake Forest. The Midwest Rating is 85-120, with 100 being average demand.
